When installing or setting up an interactive touch film, one common technical step is ensuring the touch response aligns perfectly with the display orientation. Depending on the size of your film and the software version, the method for adjusting the touch rotate direction may vary. Follow this simple guide to calibrate your interactive touch film correctly.
1. Step-by-Step Calibration for Touch Film Rotate Direction
- Software Variation by Size
Please note that different sizes of interactive touch film utilize different change direction software. Be sure to confirm you are using the correct files provided for your specific model. - Locate and Run the Batch Files
Once you have confirmed the correct software for your interactive touch film, open the file folder. You will see a series of files named 1.bat, 2.bat, 3.bat, and 4.bat, as shown in the image below. - Test the Touch Orientation

2. Start by clicking the 1.bat file.
After the file loads, touch the screen to verify if the interactive touch film rotate direction is correct (meaning when you touch the left side, the cursor appears on the left, etc.).
If the direction is correct, your setup is finished.
3. Troubleshooting the Direction
If the touch direction is incorrect, do not worry. Simply click the 2.bat file and test again. Continue this process with the subsequent files until the touch axis aligns correctly with the display.
Note: If the touch direction becomes correct after applying 3.bat, you do not need to click 4.bat. The calibration for your interactive touch film is complete.
By following these steps, you can ensure your interactive touch film provides a seamless and intuitive user experience.
